Welcome to KODAMA Sound Hotel: red lanterns, sake, snacking food and Japanese music!

On this very special night the Echo bookstore is turning into an izakaya. Izakayas are Japanese taverns, with a menu of small dishes for snacking while drinking.

Menu for tonight:

Oden (comforting Japanese winter food with assorted fish balls, hard-boiled eggs, atsuage, konnyaku and some vegetables simmered (in soy sauce based broth).
