It’s been a while since Düsseldorf’s Exc collective asked eight artists to create music inspired by a series of books released on their own imprint. It began as early as 2017 and we’re happy to finally present the results of this major art project.

Visit us at Echo Buecher today, where we’ll present the books, the 2×12″ soundtrack, and the shortmovie for ‘Excavation’. Eight artist books by Felix Rabe, Ignazio Mortellaro, Justin Andrews, Liv Rahel, Michal Škoda, and Unn transformed into music by Furor, Grebenstein, Introjekt, Irakli, Lars Hemmerling, Meer, Roots In Heaven and Prayforglos will be on display.
